These Terms of Use govern your access to PayShare orchestration and event services. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

You must accept these terms before using PayShare. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

Service Scope

PayShare provides split-session orchestration, status tracking, and completion events. PayShare does not process customer funds, hold customer balances, or replace your payment processor.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for lawful use, correct integration, webhook verification, and safeguarding your credentials. You remain responsible for your own customer contracts, fulfilment decisions, and payment provider obligations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayShare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
